As an International Master Certified Life Coach, specializing in life goals and healing from toxic and narcissistic relationships, I bring over 10 years of group experience with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and also practice as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. My journey isn’t just professional — it’s personal. As a survivor of a narcissistic relationship and as an amicable divorcee, I understand the strength it takes to reclaim your power through your self-worth.  In 2023, I founded Coach Dee Consulting to create a safe space for transformation.  I am also a top-rated Group Facilitator with Circles - Mental Health — an online community, guiding individuals through healing and self-discovery.  Born and raised in New York City and now based in North Carolina, I bring a warm yet straightforward approach to helping others find clarity, confidence, and lasting change. Whether in private coaching, group support, or community work, my passion is empowering others — because we are all on a journey, and these roads are best traveled together.
